KENNIX CUSTOMER INFORMATION
If something is wrong with an order, contact KENNIX promptly with your order reference so we can review the issue and explain the next steps.
Before returning or sending an item anywhere, contact KENNIX by WhatsApp or email. Include your KNX order reference, a description of the issue and clear photos or video where relevant. Do not send an item to a seller or address without receiving return instructions.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, notify KENNIX as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Keep the item, packaging and any relevant delivery information while the issue is being reviewed. We may ask for photos, video or other details to understand what happened.
If you simply change your mind, contact KENNIX before dispatch if possible. Once an order has been sourced, packed or dispatched, cancellation or return may not be possible in every case. We will review the request and explain any applicable conditions before you proceed.
After reviewing the order and the information provided, KENNIX will communicate whether a return, replacement, correction or refund can be offered. The outcome may depend on the nature of the issue, the item's condition and the stage of fulfilment. Nothing in this policy removes rights that customers have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
Where a refund is approved, KENNIX will contact you to confirm the amount and the appropriate refund method. Processing time can depend on the payment provider or bank. KENNIX will not ask for your bank PIN, password or one-time password to process a refund.
The estimated delivery period is 7 to 18 days after KENNIX confirms payment. If your order has not arrived within that period, contact us with your KNX reference so we can investigate and provide an update.
