KENNIX CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information KENNIX collects when you browse, place an order or contact our team, and how that information is used.
1. Information you provide
When you place an order, KENNIX may collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, city, state, landmark, order details and payment reference. If you submit a transfer receipt, the uploaded file may contain payment information. Please avoid sending unrelated personal or financial information.
2. How we use your information
We use order and contact details to create and manage orders, verify submitted payments, arrange delivery with relevant fulfilment or delivery partners, provide order updates, respond to support requests and help prevent fraudulent activity.
3. Sharing with service providers
To fulfil an order, relevant information may be shared only as needed with the seller or supplier handling the item, delivery providers, and technology providers that support the store and its order systems. KENNIX does not publish your delivery details for public viewing.
4. Payment information and receipts
KENNIX currently provides manual bank-transfer instructions at checkout. Payment is checked by KENNIX; uploading a receipt does not itself confirm payment. Receipt files are submitted for payment review. Never share your bank password, card PIN, one-time password or banking login with anyone claiming to represent KENNIX.
5. Storage and protection
Order information and submitted receipts are handled using the store's database and storage services. KENNIX takes steps intended to restrict access to authorised store operations, but no website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Retention and your requests
Information may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to manage orders, handle customer enquiries, resolve disputes, maintain business records and meet applicable legal obligations. To ask about or request correction of information you provided, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. Cookies and local browser storage
The store may use browser storage to remember that you accepted the Terms & Conditions. Your browser may also store technical information needed for normal website operation. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings, but this may cause some prompts to appear again.
8. Children's information
KENNIX is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has submitted personal information inappropriately, contact us.
9. Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy as the store or its processes change. The current version will be published on this page. For privacy questions, email kennix2027@gmail.com or message KENNIX on WhatsApp.
